M\u00fc\u015fteri talepleri \u00e7e\u015fitlendik\u00e7e, daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck partilerle, daha s\u0131k model\/par\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015fimiyle \u00fcretim yapma zorunlulu\u011fu do\u011fuyor. \u0130\u015fte tam bu noktada devreye giren y\u00f6ntem SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die \u2013 Tek Haneli Dakikada Kal\u0131p De\u011fi\u015fimi), yani T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131yla \u201ch\u0131zl\u0131 kal\u0131p ba\u011flama\u201d ya da \u201ch\u0131zl\u0131 setup\/de\u011fi\u015fim\u201d y\u00f6ntemidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu yaz\u0131da SMED&#8217;in ne oldu\u011funu, nereden geldi\u011fini, nas\u0131l uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki \u00f6nemini, kaynaklara dayanarak ele al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMED&#8217;in K\u00f6keni<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMED, Japon end\u00fcstri m\u00fchendisi Shigeo Shingo taraf\u0131ndan 1950&#8217;ler ve 1960&#8217;lar aras\u0131nda, Toyota ve Mazda&#8217;daki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda geli\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Shingo&#8217;nun temel ke\u015ffi, pres kal\u0131b\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimlerinde harcanan s\u00fcrenin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn asl\u0131nda gereksiz yere makine dururken yap\u0131lan i\u015flerden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130smindeki \u201ctek haneli (single) dakika\u201d ifadesi, de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcresinin tam olarak 1 dakika olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmez; ama\u00e7, de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcresini 10 dakikan\u0131n alt\u0131na, yani tek haneli bir rakama indirmektir. Toyota&#8217;daki orijinal vaka olduk\u00e7a \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r: 1950&#8217;lerin ba\u015f\u0131nda 4 saat s\u00fcren bir pres kal\u0131b\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimi, 1969 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde 3 dakikaya kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Temel Mant\u0131k: \u0130\u00e7sel ve D\u0131\u015fsal Faaliyetlerin Ayr\u0131lmas\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMED&#8217;in kalbinde, de\u011fi\u015fim s\u0131ras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan i\u015flerin ikiye ayr\u0131lmas\u0131 yatar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130\u00e7sel (internal) faaliyetler: Makine tamamen durdu\u011funda yap\u0131labilen i\u015fler (\u00f6rne\u011fin kal\u0131b\u0131n s\u00f6k\u00fcp tak\u0131lmas\u0131).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u0131\u015fsal (external) faaliyetler: Makine h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, bir sonraki \u00fcr\u00fcne haz\u0131rl\u0131k olarak \u00f6nceden yap\u0131labilen i\u015fler (\u00f6rne\u011fin yeni kal\u0131b\u0131n haz\u0131rlan\u0131p makinenin yan\u0131na ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shingo&#8217;nun y\u00f6ntemi temelde \u015fu mant\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131r: \u00f6nce i\u00e7sel ve d\u0131\u015fsal faaliyetleri birbirinden ay\u0131r, sonra m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca \u00e7ok i\u00e7sel faaliyeti d\u0131\u015fsala d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr, son olarak da kalan t\u00fcm ad\u0131mlar\u0131 sadele\u015ftirip h\u0131zland\u0131r. Pek \u00e7ok fabrikada, makine dururken yap\u0131lan i\u015flerin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n (tahmini %30-50&#8217;sinin) asl\u0131nda makine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken de yap\u0131labilecek i\u015fler oldu\u011fu, sadece al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131ktan dolay\u0131 i\u00e7eri kayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMED&#8217;in Yedi Temel Ad\u0131m\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mevcut durumu g\u00f6zlemle ve kaydet \u2013 De\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcreci en az bir kez ba\u015ftan sona izlenir ve t\u00fcm faaliyetler, s\u00fcreleriyle birlikte not edilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u00e7sel ve d\u0131\u015fsal faaliyetleri ay\u0131r \u2013 Hangi i\u015flerin makine dururken, hangilerinin makine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken yap\u0131labilece\u011fi belirlenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan i\u00e7sel faaliyetleri d\u0131\u015fsala d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr \u2013 \u00d6rne\u011fin kal\u0131b\u0131n \u00f6nceden \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 veya ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 gibi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u00e7sel faaliyetleri sadele\u015ftir \u2013 Standart y\u00fckseklikte aparatlar, h\u0131zl\u0131 ba\u011flant\u0131 elemanlar\u0131, fonksiyonel kelep\u00e7eler gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerle i\u00e7sel i\u015fler k\u0131salt\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u0131\u015fsal faaliyetleri sadele\u015ftir \u2013 Malzeme ve ara\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131ma, haz\u0131rl\u0131k gibi d\u0131\u015fsal i\u015fler de optimize edilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yeni s\u00fcreci standartla\u015ft\u0131r ve dok\u00fcmante et \u2013 Geli\u015ftirilen y\u00f6ntem yaz\u0131l\u0131 hale getirilir, g\u00f6rsel kontrol panolar\u0131 ve kontrol listeleri olu\u015fturulur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00fcreci tekrar g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7ir, s\u00fcrekli iyile\u015ftir \u2013 SMED tek seferlik bir proje de\u011fil, d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel bir iyile\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SMED Otomotiv Sekt\u00f6r\u00fc \u0130\u00e7in Neden Bu Kadar \u00d6nemli?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otomotiv \u00fcretimi \u2013\u00f6zellikle sac \u015fekillendirme, enjeksiyon ve presleme hatlar\u0131- model \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011finin y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu, kal\u0131p ve tak\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fiminin s\u0131k ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alandir. SMED&#8217;in otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki etkisi birka\u00e7 boyutta \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck parti b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckleri: De\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcresi k\u0131sald\u0131k\u00e7a, ekonomik \u00fcretim partisi k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr; bu da tam zaman\u0131nda \u00fcretim (JIT) ve \u00e7ekme sistemi (kanban) mant\u0131\u011f\u0131yla do\u011frudan uyumludur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck stok seviyeleri: K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck partilerle \u00fcretim, ara stok ve hammadde stoklar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha y\u00fcksek OEE (Genel Ekipman Verimlili\u011fi): De\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcresi, OEE&#8217;nin kullan\u0131labilirlik (availability) bile\u015fenini do\u011frudan etkiler; k\u0131salan de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcreleri makinenin daha fazla \u00fcretken kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talebe daha h\u0131zl\u0131 yan\u0131t: S\u0131k model\/varyant de\u011fi\u015fimi gerektiren sipari\u015flerde rekabet avantaj\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha g\u00fcvenli ve standart s\u00fcre\u00e7ler: Standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, g\u00f6rsel kontrol noktalar\u0131 i\u00e7eren de\u011fi\u015fim prosed\u00fcrleri, hata ve kaza riskini azalt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shingo&#8217;nun kendi verilerine g\u00f6re, 1975-1985 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 uygulamalarda ortalama de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrelerinin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 de\u011ferinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %2,5&#8217;ine kadar, yani yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 kat iyile\u015ftirildi\u011fi rapor edilmi\u015ftir. S\u0131radan bir ki\u015finin tek bir lastik de\u011fi\u015fimi 15 dakika s\u00fcrebilirken, profesyonel bir pit ekibi d\u00f6rt lasti\u011fi birka\u00e7 saniyede de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir. Bunu m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lan; i\u015flerin \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, paralel ve koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve defalarca prova edilmi\u015f bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. SMED&#8217;in fabrika ortam\u0131ndaki mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 da ayn\u0131d\u0131r: haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ne \u00e7ekmek, i\u015fi paralelle\u015ftirmek ve s\u00fcreci standartla\u015ft\u0131rmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sonu\u00e7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SMED, ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana 70 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n bir s\u00fcredir otomotiv ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f bir y\u00f6ntemdir.
