OSKIM Automotive is a technology-driven engineering and manufacturing company, where next-generation linkage and suspension parts are designed and manufactured for the global automotive industry.
Products are deployed across E-Mobility & Urban Vehicles, Passenger Cars & LCVs, and Commercial Vehicles, covering more than 98% of the European vehicle parc and over 60% of electric vehicles worldwide.
Operations are structured around three strategic business pillars:
20% OEM serial production supply, 70% global aftermarket products, and 10% special production, assembly, and testing machinery developed under the Dynaress engineering brand.
Supported by a fully digitalized manufacturing infrastructure and a quality philosophy based on testing and validation, robust and future-ready products are delivered to support today’s and tomorrow’s mobility.

Foundation of Oskim
The foundation of OSKIM was laid in 1996, driven by a vision focused on value creation and long-term global manufacturing.

Growth in the Global Market
International expansion was accelerated by 2005 through an export-oriented growth strategy that strengthened OSKIM’s presence in global markets.

IATF Certification and OEM Projects
With the achievement of IATF 16949 certification, quality standards were elevated and active involvement in OEM-level projects was established.

Railway Solutions
Engineering and manufacturing capabilities were expanded in 2015 with the delivery of dedicated railway applications for railway system platforms.

New Factory and Strategic Partnerships
Production capacity was increased in 2020 following the transition to a new manufacturing facility and the reinforcement of global strategic partnerships.

R&D Center Established
A structured research and development framework was formed in 2023 with the establishment of OSKIM’s R&D Center.

UN Global Compact Commitment & Dynaress Brand
Sustainability and engineering focus were further strengthened in 2024 through OSKIM’s commitment to the UN Global Compact and the positioning of the Dynaress engineering brand.

New Location - 2nd Production Plant

High-precision and repeatable production and assembly operations are achieved through customized production machines designed for demanding manufacturing environments. Process stability is increased, operator dependency is reduced, and consistent product quality is maintained across large-scale operations.
Real-life dynamic loads are replicated through fatigue and performance testing systems to validate durability, safety, and functional behavior under extreme conditions. Fully configurable test setups allow product-specific validation and support reliability assessment throughout development stages.
Precision stamping tools, injection molds, and welding fixtures are designed and manufactured to ensure stability, repeatability, and process efficiency across the production cycle. Dimensional accuracy is improved, cycle times are optimized, and manufacturing consistency is maintained.
Setup times are minimized and unnecessary changeover steps are eliminated through SMED equipment developed with optimized tool management principles. Faster transitions between production runs contribute to improved overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
Complex geometries that cannot be produced through conventional forming or machining methods are realized using additive manufacturing technologies. Integrated use with rapid prototyping enables shorter development cycles and faster transition from design intent to functional components.
