The automotive industry continues to evolve rapidly due to advancing technologies and changing mobility requirements, increasing the demand for high-quality and reliable spare parts. We Engineer & Elevate Mobility

Product development activities are carried out using computer-aided design, reverse engineering, and advanced simulation tools to support performance-oriented mobility applications. Energy efficiency and waste reduction objectives are addressed in alignment with Green Deal targets, while full control is maintained over development, production, and quality validation processes through internally designed life test systems.

Product and Process design

All stages from product concept to serial production are handled through an integrated engineering approach. Design, analysis, tooling, and process definition activities are conducted together to ensure manufacturability, repeatability, and consistent quality across production volumes.

Static strength and fatigue tests are conducted in accordance with international standards using internally designed and manufactured test equipment under the Dynaress engineering brand. Real road load conditions are simulated through repeated loading scenarios to verify durability and long-term performance.

Since 2021, rubber-to-metal production and bushing manufacturing processes have been fully integrated within internal facilities. Mold design, surface preparation, bonding, and vulcanization processes are managed in-house, enabling full control over material interaction, bonding quality, and repeatability.

Software & Artificial Intelligence

Data-driven software tools and algorithm-based systems are applied within production and engineering environments to support process monitoring, parameter control, and operational efficiency. These systems contribute to structured decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.

Rapid Prototyping

Additive manufacturing technologies are utilized to support rapid prototyping, fixture development, and early-stage validation activities. Complex geometries are produced efficiently to accelerate engineering iterations and reduce development lead times.

E-mobility represents a structural transformation driven by electric, hybrid, and hydrogen-based technologies. Engineering activities are focused on supporting this transition through components and systems aligned with reduced emissions, energy efficiency, and sustainable mobility objectives.

Built on more than 40 years of automotive manufacturing experience, Dynaress operates as the engineering brand focused on the design and production of dedicated manufacturing, assembly, and testing equipment. These systems are developed to support internal engineering, validation, and industrialization requirements across suspension and linkage components.

Production and test machines are designed with a modular and application-oriented approach, enabling controlled processes, repeatable results, and efficient integration into manufacturing environments.
